Junior Chamber International Harbour : Empowering Young Leaders to Make a Difference
Junior Chamber International Harbour (JCI Harbour) is a local organization affiliated with the Junior Chamber International Hong Kong, dedicated to empowering young people to develop their leadership skills and to make a difference in the world.
We believe that young people have the power to change the world, and we are here to help them do it. We provide our members with the resources and support they need to develop their leadership skills, build networks, and take action to solve community and global issues.
We offer a variety of programs and activities that are designed to engage and empower young people, including:
International Children’s Drawing Competition: This competition has been running for over 44 years and is one of the most popular youth activities in Hong Kong. It provides a platform for young children to express their creativity and to learn about art.
Greater Bay Area Youth Leadership Series: This series of workshops and events is designed to help young people in the Greater Bay Area develop their leadership skills and to learn about the opportunities that are available to them in the region.
Social Impact Projects: We partner with local organizations to work on projects that have a positive impact on the community. This could involve anything from cleaning up the environment to providing food to the homeless.
“Sexuality” has long been a sensitive and avoided subject in society. Pillow’s Talk, through its podcast series “Transcending Borders,” aims to break down the taboo surrounding sexuality and foster a more open and positive dialogue about sexual wellness. Our programs and workshops are designed to raise public awareness and promote a better understanding of sexual health. We hope that the audience will bring the knowledge they have acquired into their communities and contribute to community development. Join us on this transformative journey as we work towards creating a society that embraces and supports healthy sexual experiences for all.
